About Our Ministry

Rescued to Tell International Ministry (MIRC) was founded in 2019 by Pastor Sidney and his wife, Eli-Ruama, in response to God's specific call. Pastor Sidney, a former street kid in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, was rescued by Youth With A Mission and called to influence and transform his generation through the Gospel. He has shared the Word of hope and salvation in 29 nations over 15 years. Eli-Ruama, who grew up in Mozambique, Africa as a missionary kid, continues her family's ministerial legacy alongside him. Our ministry focuses on Training, Discipleship, Evangelism, and Urban Ministries.

What We Do

Rescued to Tell International Ministry (MIRC) exists to Support the Brazilian Church, Promote social transformation, and Train for the Mission worldwide. We are focused on taking the hope of the Gospel to those who need it most.

Missionary Training

Our four-month training classes, held twice a year, offer an intensive period of learning. Students dedicate three months to theoretical training in areas like Cross-cultural Missions and Overview of World Religions, followed by one month of ministerial practice with national or international partners.

Evangelism & Discipleship

Inspired by Pastor Sidney’s journey, we actively engage in Evangelism and deep Discipleship to raise up new Christian leaders. We teach the whole Gospel, preparing believers to share the hope of Christ in their communities and around the world.

Ministerial Legacy

We encourage Christians, like Eli-Ruama, to carry the ministerial legacy by answering God's call to missions. We support Christian families and individuals called to serve the next generation.

Urban Ministries

We focus on areas of great need, like the streets where Pastor Sidney once lived. Through Urban Ministries, we bring hope, teaching, and love to those struggling with poverty and street life, believing in their potential for transformation.
